National Day of Prayer Volusia County Florida

The evening begins with a Unity Celebration at 5:30 PM, a joyful pre-event gathering that celebrates the shared faith and mission of the Church across our county. Enjoy live music, family-friendly activities, food trucks, and opportunities to connect with believers from many congregations as we celebrate the unity Jesus calls His people to live out.

At 7:00 PM, the Main Worship and Prayer Service begins inside the News-Journal Center. This county-wide gathering will feature spirit-filled worship and guided prayer led by pastors, civic leaders, and community representatives, as we unite to pray for our nation, local leaders, families, schools, and the future of Volusia County.

During the main service, elementary-aged children are invited to a special Kids Worship Experience designed just for them. This engaging program includes live worship, Scripture-based teaching, prayer moments, and interactive activities that help children connect with God in a fun and meaningful way.
